Ingredients
160 plain porridge oats
800g fat free natural yogurt
Method
(1).Put the porridge oats into large bowls. Mix the fat free natural with 540ml water and add to the bowl.
(2) Stir together, then cover and chill overnight, in the morning, stir and then divide between four bowls or glasses and top with your favourite chopped fruit (apples, berries,grapes)
Banana – berry
Ingredient
1 banana
1 teaspoonful lemon juice
Do step 1
(2) Toss the banana with lemon juice, add to the oats mixture and stir through. Cover and chill overnight. The next morning divide the mixture between 4 bowls/glasses, then top with the fruit, extra banana and a little cinnamon.
