Ingredients
1 small carrot grated
1 ripe pear diced
100g fat free natural yogurt
2-3 level teaspoonful sweetener (natural sugar)
Extra diced pear
Do step 1
(2) Then stir through the carrot and pear. Cover and chill overnight. The next morning divide between 4 bowls/ glasses. Mix the fat free yogurt and sweetener. Divide over the oats, scatter over the extra pear.
